ASME Innovation Awards

The ASME Innovation Awards honor magazines and websites for content that advances brand goals. The awards are also intended to celebrate the creation of new audiences for magazine storytelling. The awards will be presented for the first time in 2021. Finalists and winners will be chosen in 10 categories by leading editors and publishers. Finalists will receive certificates of recognition. Winners will receive ASME Innovation Awards.

All consumer and business magazines and websites edited and published in the United States are eligible to enter the ASME Innovation Awards. Consumer brands and marketing agencies serving magazine publishers and advertisers are also eligible. Any print, digital or experiential content published or hosted in 2020 is eligible for submission. The administrators of the ASME Innovation Awards reserve the right to determine if an entry is eligible for submission.

In addition to the requirements for entry listed in the category descriptions, each entry must include a statement that describes not only the entry but also the goals of the brand and the ways in which the entry supported the achievement of those goals. Entry statements should be no longer than 400 words but may include links to additional information.

Entry fees for ASME members are $195 per entry. Entry fees for nonmembers are $295. Late entries are subject to an additional $95 per entry unless they contain content published after November 17, 2020. Entry fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
